Lauri + Daniel | Colorado Country Maternity Photos | Pregnancy Photoshoot | Northern Colorado Matern

Photographing Lauri and Daniel near Loveland, Colorado for their maternity photoshoot was a blast! When Lauri first reached out to me for her maternity photos for their first baby, I suggested a variety of scenic locations. Ultimately, what really mattered was more about the connection of these two with their expecting son, than anything else. I knew this country location in Northern Colorado near Loveland would be a great spot. This specific location is off a dirt road, in the country, with absolutely no one around. I knew it'd be private and perfect for some intimate photos of these two love birds! Although, as you scroll to look at these photos, you'll see what had an unexpected visitor- a country cat. This cat had the best personality, typically country cats want nothing to do with humans, (at least in my experience), but not this one! This cat couldn't get enough of us, as if he were begging for someone to bring him home and love on him 24/7. He loved on Lauri and Daniel so hard, that he even made the cut in a handful of photos! No better way to get some great smiles and laughs out of these two, trying to pose for a photo and have a strange cat rubbing up against your legs haha :)

Lauri and Daniel are the absolute cutest together! These two are so in love with each other and their new baby who is due in mid July! They are warm, patient, loving, and some of the kindest, easy to get a long with couples I know. They are going to make wonderful parents to this little one and I can't wait to meet him and see his little personality shine! I had a great time getting to know these two and photographing her pregnancy journey was the best! Congratulations Lauri and Daniel!
