Otto Six Months | Boulder Baby Photography | Milestone Photoshoot

I never would have thought of multi-colored balloons for this photo shoot, and I'm totally in love with the idea!! So much so, I've since suggested it to a few different clients wanting to bring balloons to their own photos. I love bringing color and vibrancy into your outdoor photos, and this is such a cute way to incorporate something fun and unique for a little boy turning six months! This mama is so creative, and honestly one of the best parts of my job is bringing different ideas together to create magic. I just love it!

Six month sessions are so fun to photograph, especially when included in my milestone collection. I meet babies when they are first born, literally a week old, then the next time I see them at six months, they are just about sitting on their own, usually giving me smiles, and I start to see their little personalities develop, and I just adore it. Otto is the cutest little guy, bringing me so many smiles, he was so proud to sit in this little chair I brought him! I think my favorite photos are of him sitting next to his big fur brother, Barely. The two of them together are the cutest, and the best of friends! Barely wearing his bow tie for the occasion, and looking over to check on his baby brother- it doesn't get any cuter than that! I just love when families bring their fur babies along for family photos and big milestones! And it always seems that doggos are so proud and happy to be a part of their family photos, like they just know what is going on :) I have a soft spot for fur babies, as you can probably tell! lol

I really enjoy photographing this growing family, and bringing them to some beautiful locations around the front range for their family photos! Since they are newer to Colorado, they really wanted some backgrounds to show off what we have to offer here, and of course show off their new home! If you have seen any of my other work, or have been following me for any amount of time, you probably recognize this location. It's my favorite in the Boulder area, and it looks amazing all year round. And it's private, which is hard to find these days :)
