Vanessa + Daniel | Fall Pregnancy Photoshoot | Boulder Photographers | Boulder Maternity Photos

I'm convinced Vanessa looks like a pregnant super model! This girl is rocking pregnancy and is just stunning! When I first met them at their maternity session and saw her in this burnt orange dress, I may have squealed a little. I'm OBSESSED. If you know anything about me, you know I love a pop of color in outfit choices. Anything to separate you from the earth tones that will be in your background. Well, Vanessa totally nailed that look, in the perfect way for a cozy Colorado fall maternity photoshoot!

So, in the weeks leading up to Vanessa and Daniel's maternity session, she warned me that the baby could come early. The doctors were telling her she could be having her baby any day now. Well, nothing happened, so we proceeded with the scheduled date for her maternity photos. We get to this epic location in Boulder, and in order to get to the really awesome overlook and rock formations, you have to hike a little. So, Vanessa and Daniel MAY have had their hospital bag packed and ready to go in the car, but she was not letting the fact that she could go into labor at the top of this mountain, stop her from having this photoshoot! Dress, heels, and all! I was beyond impressed. I think Daniel and I may have been more worried than she was.

Well she never went into labor during her maternity photos, and not even the week after, but we did have a great time that day! I loved getting to know this couple who had recently moved to Colorado, and were expecting a little girl! (Who I also get to photograph!! Can't wait!!) These two are so outgoing and adventurous, loving exploring their new Colorado home! They are going to make the best parents to this little girl! I'm seriously loving Vanessa's style, and let's not forget about their precious fur child! This dog was the sweetest, and I'm so glad they brought her along for a few photos. I love including dogs in any of my photoshoots! This happened to be the perfect location for her too- she found tons of sticks and dug holes while her mom and dad took their photos haha :)
